Many thanks to everybody in the community, including Honorary Co-Chairs Meryl Streep and Sam Waterston, who celebrated at the Newsprint Jubilee at the Town Grove in Lakeville, the last event in the Lakeville Journal’s 125th Anniversary Celebration. Special thanks to the Youth Theatre of Sharon Playhouse whose young actors were the newsies greeting over 400 guests. Goodwill abounded. Fun was had by all. The community turned to out to say not only that the Lakeville Journal is here to stay, but also, with its support, will thrive in the future.
